Oyeronke Medinat  AIYELERO is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of  Pharmacology and Toxicology, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of Ilorin. She is currently the Coordinator of the Department. She has over 18 years teaching experience as well as research and administrative experience.

She was the sub Dean, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Science from 2020-2022 as well as the Coordinator of the Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology from 2017-2020. She has 7 years teaching experience at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria from 2005 to2012. She was level adviser from 2012 to 2017. She has a lot of publications in reputable outlets both at home and abroad.

Her area of research interest covers neuropharmacology, ethnopharmacology and toxicology. She is a member of many professional bodies as well as African Centre for Herbal Reseaerch (ACRI) to mention  but a few.
